JOB DESCRIPTION
Logistics Analyst
The Operations, Logistics Analyst is responsible for supporting activities and procedures to meet compliance requirements for inbound and outbound distributions, Supplier Management, and support Supply Chain Operations.This role will work cross functionally with other Oracle Line of Businesses such as Global Trade Compliance, Procurement, Finance, HR, Legal, and the Oracle Manufacturing and Distribution Operations Teams.
Sales Representative
Identify, nurture and close complex deals – managing the end-to-end sales cycle with the objective to achieve assigned sales targets.
HR
End to End Recruiting responsibility, which involves requirement gathering, Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling interviews, salary discussion, onboarding.
Roles And Responsibilities
Logistics Analyst
- Oversee the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of operations distribution processes for new and existing M&D programs and services in India and the APAC region.
- Research and Implement local requirements for inbound and outbound distributions for M&D hubs in new expansion countries
- Evaluating regional locations and supply chain readiness to support new program releases
- Implement local freight supplier accounts, procedures, and equipment needs for Operations Team
- Manage Supplier interactions, expectations, Quarterly Business Reviews, Scorecards, and any new supplier reviews and RFPs. Manage Supplier Issues from issue log to root cause analysis
- Manage decisions on impacts of supply chain or system disruptions and quality events and determines when escalation to management is appropriate
Sales Representative
- Drive the renewal of Oracle’s contracts to existing customers.
- Handle all contract renewal communication coming inwards from Oracles Premier Support Customers. (Mode – Calls, Renewal Service Requests and Chats.)
- Act as a gatekeeper for customer contacting Oracle for support renewals.
- Resolve customer queries within desired time or reassign to respective business pillar. Create Renewal Service request on behalf of customer.
- Educate customers on business practices and any associated contractual implications.
- Ensure customer awareness and understanding of applicable elements of Oracle’s Support Renewal Business.
HR
- Manage hiring manager expectation with regard to quality, quantity, cost & time.
- Develop screened candidate pipeline using Oracle Internal Resume Databank, Referral Data Bank , Career site , Job Boards, Internet Based Soucing ,Web 2.0 sourcing strategies, advanced Boolean Search,and social networking sites to support the India Recruiting Team for various job functions and levels.
- Engage with Inactive candidates and convert them to potential Active candidates .
- Source candidates to include both active and passive job seekers to provide a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for each recruiter; exercise creativity to find candidates using Oracle’s advanced sourcing tools/techniques.
- Fully evaluate candidate’s background against the requirements provided by recruiter, and process leads using ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Logistics Analyst
- BS degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain
- 3+ years relevant experience in Logistics, Import/Export Compliance, Supply Chain Operations or managing cross functional projects
- Proven track record supporting cross functional geographically diverse teams
- Understanding of technical product distribution requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Sales Representative
- Cloud Sales
- Sales Experience
- Experience- 3 to 5+ years
HR
- Experience in hiring for Cloud Technologies for product development, consulting roles.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Indepth technology understanding, ability to articulate role requirements effectively.
- 5-8 year Graduate or Post Graduation ( BSC, Btech , MBA PGDM ) equivalent degree.
- Ability to learn new software applications quickly.
