JOB DESCRIPTION
Virtual Customer Service
As an Amazon Customer Service Associate, you have a very clear purpose: to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers by answering their requests through phone, chat and/or email.
FinOps Analyst
The role is responsible for ensuring the mandatory validations on invoices for direct & indirect taxes, compliance requirements like e-invoicing, digital signature, stamp & signatures, addresses, terms, RCM and other parameters are diligently completed at the time of processing an invoice.
Content Reviewer- Ads Management
As a Content Reviewer, you will moderate advertisements from the Amazon Dynamic advertising program to protect our advertisers and customers. The ads may include content that is egregious, political, sexual/erotic etc. A content reviewer will be responsible for moderating/reviewing/identifying such content and take appropriate decisions following the policy guidelines.
Roles And Responsibilities
Virtual Customer Service
- This includes everything from order and product questions to payment matters and website guidance.
- Our Customer Service Associates use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.
FinOps Analyst
- Matching the invoices from the LF/DCIES
- Maintain Accuracy levels of above 98 %.
- Able to meet the productivity target set.
- Vendor Statement preparation. Credits and Returns research
- Payment holds research processing &
- Quality check for invoices matched.
Content Reviewer- Ads Management
- Moderate content which includes images, text/product description, audio and videos
- Identify innuendo that could be negative or sexual in nature
- Moderate ads based on critical events by keeping yourself updated on all global news/trends.
- Moderate/audit content and Advertiser emails in English and/or the language you are hired for
- Use translation features to moderate content
- Review feedback from customers, identify, and highlight any recommendations
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Virtual Customer Service
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Have the right to work in India
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
- Experience working with a computer
- The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6 am and 11 pm
FinOps Analyst
- Degree/Masters Degree in Finance/Accounting as Major Subject.
- 0 to 1 Year of experience in Accounting field , preferably BPO on reconciliations , invoice exception queue management
- Knowledge of Oracle Financials.
- Knowledge on Outlook, Word and Excel or similar desktop applications.
- Good Communications skills – Written & Verbal
- Good typing speed – 25-30 w.p.m with 90% accuracy
Content Reviewer- Ads Management
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in English (Speak, write, and read fluently)
