Account Strategist, Mid-Market Sales, Google Customer Solutions
In this role, you will have an understanding of client’s business goals, you will improve campaign performance, drive thoughtful Google product adoption, and build strategies to meet business and marketing objectives. You will use influencing and relationship-building skills, you will provide Google-caliber solution promoting, partnership management and analysis to deliver successful business outcomes.
Apps Specialist, Ads Solutions
gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help.
Technical Solutions Engineer
In this role, you will be a part of a global team that provides 24×7 support to help customers seamlessly make the switch to Google Cloud. When customers cannot resolve issues themselves, your job is to ensure that we have the necessary tools and processes to resolve the issue. You will troubleshoot technical problems for customers with a mix of debugging, networking, system administration, updating documentation, and when needed, coding/scripting.
Roles And Responsibilities
Account Strategist, Mid-Market Sales, Google Customer Solutions
- Deliver quarterly business and product growth goals.
- Own a portfolio of medium and large-size businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
- Consult with customers to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
- Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer business experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
- Provide stakeholder management and build relationships with the customers or agencies.
Apps Specialist, Ads Solutions
- Build knowledge about digital marketing/advertising, Google products, performer offerings, and Industry vertical and stay current in the advertising environment and engaged landscape through required training and other resources.
- Develop growth plans for advertisers through collaboration with industry managers from in-market cross-functional teams with some guidance.
- Create and support multi-product solution promotions and collaborate with in-market sales teams to create a growth strategy for potential advertisers with some guidance.
- Draw insights from data analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to customers and leadership based on analysis.
Technical Solutions Engineer
- Manage the customer’s problem through effective diagnosis, resolution, or implementation of new investigation tools to increase productivity for customer issues on Google Cloud Platform products.
- Develop an understanding of Google’s product technology and underlying architectures by troubleshooting, reproducing, determining the root cause for customer reported issues, and building tools for faster diagnosis.
- Act as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders in Engineering, Sales, and customer organizations to resolve technical deployment obstacles and improve Google Cloud.
- Be available for non-standard work hours or shifts which may include weekends as needed.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Account Strategist, Mid-Market Sales, Google Customer Solutions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in business, advertising, or marketing.
Apps Specialist, Ads Solutions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions.
- 1 year of experience working in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, or a similar role.
Technical Solutions Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with reading code in one or more core programming or scripting languages (e.g., C, C++, C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, Bash/Shell, Perl, Visual Basic).
- 2 years of experience with computer networking and web technologies (e.g., HTTP, HTML, DNS, etc.) or system/network administrator level experience with Linux/Unix or operating systems.
