JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Manager

The analyst will use strong analytical skills. This role also requires the development of data analysis to understand strategy performance and enhancements to ensure all requirement changes are met.

Team Leader

The candidate would be required to support client facing teams – Trust Officers (TO) Trust Administrative Officers (TAO) and other Fiduciary officers with respect to Trust and Estate administrative work. The purpose of the job is to report and analyze data around completeness and accuracy of the “Know Your Customer” data and information that is collected on our clients and to ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manager 

  • Daily responsibilities include reviewing requirements and technical specifications, developing test plans, execution of test scripts, identifying and documenting defects and providing daily updates to test leads and managers as needed.
  • Strong working knowledge of the process and tools used for development, validation, implementation, and documentation of credit risk and/or marketing business strategies.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word)
  • Be a team player and a thoughtful risk-taker.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence others to drive results.

 

Team Leader

  • Summarizing Trust document and update important aspects of the Trust / making recommendations to support Trust Officers across US.
  • Reading Trust document and identify administrative exceptions and/or errors and allow the account officers to correct them or escalate to their managers as appropriate.
  • Use Customer Identification Program (CIP)-Customer Due Diligence CDD procedures, existing and newly self-sourced documents, and data in the system of record (SOR), to perform Document Gap Analysis (DGA) to identify all documents/requirements needed to Refresh client.
  • Update the requirement with results of DGA and capture outstanding information / documents required from client owner or client.
  • Coordinate with Client Outreach Specialist (COS), client owner or client owner delegate for client Outreach.

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

Manager 

  • Proven analytical ability and problem-solving skills.   Demonstrated through 4+ years related professional work experience.
  • 4+ years’ experience using database software and analytical tools, such as SAS, SQL to access large databases.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
  • Strong communication (oral, written) and organizational skills; must exhibit a high attention to detail and strong writing ability along with proven experience of telling a story with data.

Team Leader

  • 1+ years prior experience (Varies by locations)
  • Graduate / Postgraduate
