JOB DESCRIPTION
Consultant
Effectively communicate with internal partners, customer managers and executives on technical and business issues.
HR Generalist
Supports the HR Business Partner in executing strategic HR charters through participation in projects, programs and initiatives. Gains knowledge of laws, regulations, standards, and emerging trends that may affect Human Resources (HR) policies and execution of these. Supports process implementation into the lived experiences of new hires, employees, managers, and leaders.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Consultant
- Experience giving presentations to technical and executive audiences, explaining Security solution concepts and benefits.
- Able to create security architecture and designs to meet customers’ requirements and deploy them in customer’s production environment.
- Effectively able to lead and drive customer workshops and discussions
- Create automation scripts/tools whenever required to improve the efficiency of security posture.
HR Generalist
- People Planning: Under guidance, implements aspects of the holistic people plan (e.g., talent management, leadership effectiveness, diversity and inclusion, culture) for an organization with the understanding of business and practical experience.
- Talent Management: Supports strategic talent management efforts (e.g., planning, movement, development) as directed. Understands talent strengths and needs for the assigned client.
- HR Program Management: Supports the HR Team in organising and managing overall events, by developing workback schedule and necessary checkpoints. Supports the HRBP with travel and communication requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
Consultant
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), SSPR, Custom Workflows, Integration with several end systems
- Hands-on Knowledge of AD Design and Migrations, Implement and Integrate Azure Active Directory AD related technologies (ADFS, ADMS, AD PKI, ADRMS, AD CS, DIAD, ADH)
- Dev skills on C#, VB, PowerShell Scripting, .NET, Share Point.
HR Generalist
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (HR), Legal, Business, Psychology, or related field AND internship experience with HR or related experience (e.g., hiring, training, performance management) involving applicable employment laws and policies OR equivalent experience.
