Roles and Responsibilities:
Trade & Processing Specialist
- Know what our clients want and need by working in partnership with the business divisions and IB Functions to serve our end clients; building a clear picture of the client landscape and the aspects of our services are that are most valuable to them
- Build common understanding by improving domain knowledge and stronger end-to-end process understanding
- Support Digital Transformation through the re-imagining of how we work, and how we bring our services to UBS’s clients. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Capital Adequacy Analyst
- Design & execute controls supporting the critical Regulatory Reports (Risk Weighted Assets, Leverage Ratio Denominator, Large Exposure etc.)
- Execute and review key reporting controls (variance analysis, reconciliations etc.)
- Bring in process efficiencies/improvements/data quality projects to strengthen controls and reduce manual adjustments.
- Assess impact due to policy changes, new business initiatives and propose refinements to the control framework
- Prepare due diligence review decks
Product Manager, Customer Success, Digital Capabilities Crew
- Drive new products and product changes iteratively and continuously together with cross-functional team members in the pod
- Act as product owner within an agile team, participating in agile ceremonies and ensuring the product requirements are clear to designers and engineers.
- Ensure the product is being tested together with clients to gain insights and ensure readiness to launch before market entry (e.g., UX testing, end user testing and research insights)
- Support pod Objective and Key Results and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall business goals
- Ensure the quality and compliance of the product, from also a technical and non-functional requirement (i.e. production stability, performance, maintainability etc)
Basic Qualifications:
Trade & Processing Specialist
- Ensure daily processes are completed in line with Standard Operating Procedures and check list signed off in line deadlines
- Understand our clients’ needs and expectations. Make sure the risk culture within UBS India is well understood. Support adhoc projects for exchange mandatory and business driven initiatives
- Completion of mandatory training completed within deadline. Opportunity to identify and own process improvement opportunities. Work collaboratively across ETD Operations to enhance delivery
Capital Adequacy Analyst
- A conceptual understanding of capital markets, financial instruments & accounting principles. An overview of banking & regulatory risks like credit/counterparty credit (CCR)/market/operational/liquidity risk – [preferred]
- MS Excel & MS PowerPoint skills to perform data analysis, results interpretation & presentation.
- Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines. Exhibit Strong commitment to develop, maintain and abide by a strong control framework
- A strong team player, with commitment to high quality under tight deadlines. A good communicator, both verbal and written.
Product Manager, Customer Success, Digital Capabilities Crew
- Working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management
- Preferably with scrum master experience
- Delivery of complex products to clients, ideally within the financial industry
- Strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
