Roles And Responsibilities

 

Digital Sales Executive

  • Actively leverage cutting edge technologies to ensure compelling customer interactions, delivering volume, value, and velocity in the assigned sales territory
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Executives to drive more pipeline and successfully move prospects through the customer journey with SAP
  • Successfully leverage all SAP sales channels (SAP Store, Partners, direct sales, etc.) to achieve sales targets and provide the best customer experience possible
  • Ensure alignment with Indirect Channel Management, including Partner Business Managers and Inside Partner Business Managers, based on key channel economics. Collaborate closely with similarly specialized sales roles when available 
  • Monitor the effective and appropriate use of SAP assets, including presales resources, by partners. Provide regular reports on sales progress throughout the year with guidance. Identify deviations from agreed-upon plans and actively engage in corrective measures to achieve sales goals

 

Business Processes Consultant

  • Acts as trusted advisor on strategic accounts and faces to client middle and top management level. Implementation SAP Convergent Charging and proficient with tools i.e. core tool, cat tool, Bart tool and IEC.
  • Conduct show & tell workshops to demonstrate e2e customer service processes which are triggers from convergent charging.
  • Engage with C-level stake holders in understanding business requirements, current solution landscape and propose newer solutions and applications that provide enhanced value from customer perspective

 

Customer Success Partner Advisor

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including large global businesses and customers with a high-level of complexity, focus and intensity. Proactively engage customers to ensure they adopt full functionality to get maximum value from SAP Concur
  • Facilitate executive meetings that measure progress and business impact. Drive to deliver value to clients in support of profitable growth and retention goals
  • Develop and document advanced, cross-functional, account strategies that drive success through delivering value and insight relevant and unique to each customer
  • Establish, maintain and grow broad and deep relationships within each customer account, driving a successful client lifecycle management strategy. Facilitate Client Leadership Counsels and support board member relationships
  • Uncover opportunities through analysis, inquisitiveness and a deep understanding of your customer’s business including initiatives and drivers and aligning those to solutions

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

 

Digital Sales Executive

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited university, with preference for Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, sales enablement, business development, software industry operations, or related area is required

 

Business Processes Consultant

  • Graduate / Post-Graduate degree in Management, in Commerce or CA, ICWA, IT or Engineering, or equivalent Telecom industry experience.
  • A minimum of 7 years’ total experience with 3-4 years of experience in convergent charging implementation.

 

Customer Success Partner Advisor

  • Bachelors Degree or Master’s Degree. 10+ years of account management or customer success experience in managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers
  • Cloud customer engagement experience with large global companies with a high-level of complexity, focus and intensity.
