JOB DESCRIPTION
Inside Sales Account Executive
As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling Dell’s products and services while focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts. You will support the field sales leader while working effectively in a team environment towards goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring an outstanding customer experience with existing and potential customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Inside Sales Account Executive
- Work with customers and partners to devise new and innovative solutions to business opportunities
- Be responsible for various sized accounts
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative business solutions to customers and partners
- Use in-depth knowledge of company technology, products and services to become a trusted business advisor for customers and partners
Client Solutions, Workspace Solutions
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within a territory of enterprise accounts.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting. Present and demonstrate our range of Client and End User Solutions and IT services to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including the extended sales team, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Demonstrate an ability to create business value and deliver financial justifications that further account growth. Stay up to date with PC industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings.
Basic Qualifications:
Inside Sales Account Executive
- Bachelor’s degree
- Intermediate understanding of the full range of Dell products and services
- Previous experience in end-to-end sales process
- Ability to identify how Dell’s products and services align to customer needs
Client Solutions, Workspace Solutions
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology sales, with a focus on PCs and IT services.
- Proven track record of successfully selling to large enterprises and achieving sales targets.
