Roles And Responsibilities
Global Product Manager
- Meeting Services: Provides full-service and self-service event planning support for BCG meetings and events of all sizes, from the WWOM to local office outings
- Global Real Estate: Supports location sourcing and design for all BCG businesses; plus leads the firms’ research & exploration into new workplace design
- Travel: Manages our strategic relationships with all large travel vendors; provides operational infrastructure and support for all BCG employee travel activity
- Safety & Security: Establishes BCG’s policies and procedures regarding workplace and event safety, as well as overseeing all workplace crisis management
- Executive Support: provides administrative support to BCG’s executives worldwide
Global Finance & Operations Associate
- Perform accurate recording of timesheet and expense data, prepare and process corrections and adjustments basis inputs from local finance teams and other financial activities in compliance with local and global finance practices
- Reconcile and analyze transactions processed and/or adjusted to ensure they accurately flow to the financial documents.
- Create, update and maintain employee and project data in finance systems on a day-today basis to ensure the data/records are up-to-date.
- Validate and reconcile employee/project data using system reports and queries. Address questions and research issues promptly.
- Prepare and distribute the routine reports and follow up reminders to local finance teams
- Build and maintain relationships with local finance teams to address time and expense related questions that may arise
Data Analyst, Client Ops, Predictive
- Own service offerings for Software Maintenance for premium BCG products and projects, ensure these offerings are periodically benchmarked with best industry players, and lead efforts on continuous improvements with a deep focus on customer delight.
- You will have the opportunity to leverage software development methodologies to deliver value to BCG’s Consulting teams, and internal stakeholders through providing software developer subject matter expertise, and accelerated execution support.
- You will collaborate with case teams to maintain analytical solutions serving client needs and make ideate/implement improvements on current set up to ensure robustness of the data ecosystem.
- You will provide technical support through deeper understanding of relevant data analytics solutions and processes to build high quality and efficient analytic solutions.
- You will work with global stakeholders such as Project/Case teams and clients by acting as a thought partner to support clients realize the power of the strategic AI solutions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Global Product Manager
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, ServiceNow, Jira, Trello
- Strong communal working style, ability to work effectively as part of a global team and independently
- Customer service-orientation with a diverse stakeholder group. Ability to balance customer needs against functional vision and objectives
- Proficiency in collaborating within and across teams to resolve obstacles
- Flexibility, willingness to learn and adapt to changing needs of the squad based on customer priorities.
Global Finance & Operations Associate
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, with 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial accounting & reporting, time & expense processing, query management etc.
- Prior experience of working in a global finance and operations team and setup is required
- Strong and proven proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and adaptable to different technology and/or software applications/tools
- Practical work experience and exposure to working with various ERP systems e.g. SAP, Oracle, Infor, Concur etc.
Data Analyst, Client Ops, Predictive
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in a field linked to business analytics, statistics or economics, operations research, applied mathematics, computer science, engineering, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
- At least 2-4 years of relevant industry work experience providing analytics solutions in a commercial setting
- Prior work experience in a global organization, preferably in a professional services organization in data analytics role
- Demonstrated depth in one or more industries not limited to but including Retail, CPG, Healthcare, Telco etc
- Prior work experience in a global organization, preferably in a professional services organization in data analytics role to join our ranks.
