Risk Management
American express- Risk Management is looking for an Analyst of Reporting to support a diverse team of high-performing professionals focused on ensuring effective operational risk management is embedded in the day-to-day operations of our organization. It will involve extensive collaboration with multiple partners across numerous business units, functional areas, and geographies.
Talent Acquisition- HR
As American express Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting Recruitment Operations activities including but not limited to below. The role will serve as candidate touchpoint post selection and brand ambassador externally and work closely internally with Global Talent Acquisition, Recruitment operations servicing, Onboarding team to deliver best in class candidate and colleague experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Risk Management
- Oversee the production and aggregation of risk reports to ensure they reflect the detailed responsibilities, incl. testing & monitoring
- Ensure quality reporting tools are utilized; define key terms and reports to inform consistent approach across Bus
- Aggregate and QC reporting across all sources (i.e., single source of truth)
- Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and other related metrics, and provide frequent reporting which include an overall view of risks and trends (e.g., holistic insight reporting)
- Support cross-functional Communities of Practice (CoPs) to share best practice techniques and pioneer new methodologies
- Drive reporting to the Enterprise Risk Management Committee, Board of Directors and Senior Management on OR topics, and provide support and oversight with associated Communities of Practice
Talent Acquisition- HR
- End to end post-offer process post candidate selection
- Triggering Background Verification. Maintaining employee personal file
- Ensuring Process adherence and governance. Process audit and Governance reporting
- Candidate & Colleague communication
- Other associated activities leading on Day 1 seamless onboarding
- Cross skilling on end-to-end post offer processes of APAC region
Basic Qualifications:
Risk Management
- 0-2 Years experience in operational risk management (e.g., within Risk and/or Internal Audit function) Understanding of critical operational risk management lifecycle activities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Risk Mgmt., or related field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MSc) or certifications are advantageous
- Project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in process governance, with an understanding of processes that align with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios effectively
Talent Acquisition- HR
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Possess working knowledge of MS Office
- Experience 1- 3 years
