JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Customer Coordination Manager

The Customer Coordination Manager (CCM) reports to the Unit Leader within S.I.D. Business unit. The CCM takes the overall responsibility of client’s travel implementation and handles travel implementations, including moves, closures and ad-hoc projects as required by the business.

 

Senior Manager – Pricing

The Business Line of Credit (BLOC) Pricing Senior Manager will be responsible for owning the end-to-end strategy on portfolio pricing aimed at driving long-term profitability across the BLOC portfolio.

This role requires a blend of strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and process management expertise to deliver a best-in-class pricing experience for our customers.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

Customer Coordination Manager 

  • Take overall responsibility & project management of travel implementations– to include moves, and ad-hoc projects as required by the business
  • Update the OneForm and the Task List for each client. Update the Implementation Project Workbook for each client
  • Ensure the project remains on track, all tasks completed within deadline. Update OneForm and Task List accordingly
  • Keep the RAG Status updated accurately and timely
  • Proactively handle project risk assessment and management including critical issues as required for support and resolution
  • When necessary, create communication strategy with Client General Manager for review with customer

 

Senior Manager – Pricing

  • Answer key questions/hypotheses by reading results and introducing new test parameters based on learnings to help optimize price points across the portfolio.
  • Understand our competitive positioning from benchmarking data and perform deep dive analysis to understand differences and areas of opportunity.
  • Refine pricing strategy across risk-based segments to improve engagement and increase portfolio profitability.   
  • Track key metrics and share out performance updates with broader stakeholders and leadership.
  • Manage and develop Sr. Pricing Analyst, fostering a culture in line with behaviors of the American Express Leadership model.

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

Customer Coordination Manager 

  • Strong English language requirement (both written and verbal)
  • SAbility to lead client meetings & produce presentations.
  • Basic understanding of AmexGBT supported Online Booking tools (Concur + Neo)
  • In depth knowledge of American Express Global Business Travel.
  • Ability to work independently whilst contributing to the overall team objectives.

 

Senior Manager – Pricing

  • Strong analytical skillset with ability to build lending based financial models
  • Experience with data repositories (Tableau, SQL) and ad-hoc reporting
  • Ability to articulate complex statistical findings in an easy-to-understand way
  • Prior experience managing control governance and monitoring processes
