Job Description

Understanding of Audit Plan/schedule, Audit checklist, and performing O&M Internal & External Audits. Coordinated with finance for timely allocation of Financial Documents, Preparation of undertakings, arranging various formats related to tender, Compilation and uploading all the documents for tender.

The person will be deputed at O&M site. He will have to adhere to SOP, SMP, Standard site practices. He will have to follow Rules and regulation of Client premises. He should report to duty as advised by Site Management and execute his responsibilities as guided by Site Management from time to time.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Review and plan shift rosters to ensure adequate coverage of production duties, including coverage of emergency duties.
  • Manage overall production priorities by planning equipment and plant outages to minimize down time. Schedule periodic review of operating procedures.
  • Planning of production related day to day activities. Preparation of production data, identify gaps & necessary corrective actions.
  • Downloading tender document, Identification of required documents for the tender submission. Sharing EMD, PBG, necessary undertakings formats, Preparing review notes (commercial terms) Preparation of Commercial Queries.
  • Client Registration for accessing and uploading tender in their portal. Preparation of List of documents necessary for tender submission.
  • Prepared Invoices in SAP for reimbursable material, services for Clients MRPL, ONGC, Cairn, IOCL, SIPCHEM. Maintained Invoice tracker for invoices submitted and revenue collected. Follow-up with client for release of payment, uploading invoice in VIM portal. Invoice submission for DGH Process.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Understand the roles and responsibilities of the internal auditor. Understand Document Management system, doc. Control and requirements related to QMS.
  • Understanding of Audit Plan/schedule, Audit checklist, and performing O&M Internal & External Audits.
  • Skills- Communication, Problem solving, Risk Management, Process Knowledge, Analytical, Time management.
  • He should be familiar with technical specifications \ costing \ vendors in India & Globally for those items.
  • Need to have good knowledge of products, INCO terms , negotiation skills , expediting skills
  • Clear understanding of terms Letter of Credit \ Bank Guarantees \ commercial terms required.
