Financial Accounting Manager 

The Financial controlling manager is primarily responsible from the preparation of the Balance Sheet, Statement of changes in equity, Cash Flow Statement, if any, playing a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with Indian Accounting Standards, IFRS, SEBI Listing regulation,  SOX & IFC framework.

 

Global ERP Logistics Process Lead

As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic highly skilled Ice Cream ERP Logistics Process Lead to join our team and lead the creation of a world class Logistics (Warehousing – Transportation) process in our upcoming new ERP implementation.  In this pivotal role you will be the primary driver of the Logistics workstream, ensuring its alignment with business objectives, industry best practise and ERP system capability. 

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

Financial Accounting Manager 

  • Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes. This will include communicating reporting instructions, providing guidance and training to team on accounting policies, responding to accounting and reporting queries and reviewing monthly financial results to ensure compliance to internal accounting policy.
  • Lead the preparation of financial statements in compliance with local & international accounting standards and ensure the financial statements are accurate, timely, consistent and a fair representation of the Entity’s performance.
  • Analyse the results and support the presentation to Finance leadership team.
  • Prepare the relevant parts of the quarterly results announcements and the Annual Report & Accounts in line with SEBI listing regulation, local Companies Act and global IC company requirement
  • Ensure compliances to IFC, SOX and similar listing regulatory requirements for all the processes owned.

 

Global ERP Logistics Process Lead

  • Process Leadership: Define, design, and drive the global Logistics process, and associated technology choices ensuring standardization and scalability across regions. 
  • ERP Implementation: Serve as the key decision-maker for process-related configurations within the ERP and supporting systems, collaborating closely with implementation partners and technical teams. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the bridge between functional teams, IT, and key stakeholders to gather requirements, address pain points, and deliver a streamlined Logistics solution. 
  • Change Management: Drive change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and tools, including training and communication strategies. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor process performance post-implementation, identify opportunities for improvement including AI/advanced analytics, and define roadmap to adapt processes to evolving business needs. 

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

Financial Accounting Manager 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualification (ICAI, ACCA or similar).
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in finance function, with relevant experience in financial accounting, reporting and handling audit’s – exposure to group financial accounting and/or audit experience is preferred.

 

Global ERP Logistics Process Lead

  • Proven Expertise: 5-10 years of extensive experience in Logistics (Transportation & Warehousing – TMS, WMS systems)
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into process improvements. 
  • Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel globally to support market-specific needs during the design, build, and deployment phases. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, Finance or a related field
