JOB DESCRIPTION

 

DGM – Partner Business Manager 

Responsible for Indirect Channels selling and management to maximize the revenue of the organization’s products and / or services through a base of reseller partners, such as dealers, systems integrators, value added reseller (VAR’s), distributors, or retailers.

The role holder is responsible for selling GC PSG Products and solutions through channel partners. The role holder is accountable for developing and executing sale pursuit plans to optimize market coverage and generate PSG Revenue.

 

HR- Business Management Specialist

Impeccably manage the projects, data & reporting needs including transitions across delivery segments in Global Business Services focused on People Operations. This role works collaboratively with Global Business Services and HR Professional in a matrixed environment.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

DGM – Partner Business Manager 

  • Leads and supports channel sales pursuits
  • Develops financial/commercial business plans/cases
  • Monitors pursuit through risk management and identify areas of opportunity to ensure pursuit is kept on track
  • Support successful conclusion of the pursuit including order negotiations and closures.
  • Liaise and work with internal departments to deliver profitable solutions within deal planning governance
  • Generate innovative ideas, challenge current thinking and achieve buy in from the stakeholders when developing the sales pitch.

HR- Business Management Specialist

  • Develop & manage project plans integrated to aligned functional goals and priorities of People 
  • Define responsibility & accountability within project for successful delivery.
  • Manage relationship with stakeholders for requirements, planning, decisions, and timelines.
  • Works in partnership with the management team for implementation of programs and monitoring effectiveness across multiple geographies.
  • Develop and maintain executive reporting and management dashboards 
  • Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, progress reports, and post project evaluations.

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

DGM – Partner Business Manager 

  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience
  • Decisions guided by policies, procedures and business plan
  • Generally domestic scope/accountability

 

HR- Business Management Specialist

  • Experience in Human Resources or Services/Global Business Services ways of working 
  • including ability to manage global transitions and change in a global organization.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to persuade and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management experience across process and technology
  • Ability to apply lessons learned from previous similar projects to proactively identify and manage risk.
  • Experience: Min 7 years
