JOB DESCRIPTION
Credit & Collections Analyst
Timely cash collection of customer accounts, assessing credit worthiness, minimizing bad debts and ensuring contract compliance and/or recommending legal action.
Contracts Administrator
The Contracts Administrator job is comprised of either a Customer Deal Desk Specialist or a Customer Deal Desk Manager role. Both work in a multi-cultural environment and cover multiple countries and/or lines of business. The work is fast-paced and seasonal in nature, corresponding with Oracle’s quarterly and annual fiscal cycles.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Credit & Collections Analyst
- You will assist in the collection, management, and resolution of outstanding invoices from past due accounts.
- Collect overpayments from current and former employees. Work with departmental managers to eliminate root cause of overpayment.
- Interfaces with sales support, accounts receivable, and directly with the customer to determine the ability to pay, communicate contractual specifications, and enforce remedies in reconciling accounts.
- Manage portfolio of accounts including delinquency, write-offs, credit memos, and additional interest.
- Conducts pre-sale credit risk evaluation, prepares recommendations, and makes credit approval decisions on new accounts.
- Recognizes deteriorating credit situations recommending and implementing solutions. Prepares collection reports.
Contracts Administrator
- Quality Focused: Produce high quality results independently. Able to break a complex problem into simple workable items, establish relationships between them and logically communicate solutions
- Communicating for Impact: Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and analytical communication skills. Influence to change perceptions in a positive, creative and respectful way.
- Critical Thinking: Follow established policies and procedures, as well as problem solve and apply sound judgment when executing non-standard transactions
- Mastering Complexity: Understands sensitivity of time, provides balanced and timely judgment even when complete facts are not available.
- Customer Centric: Understand customer intent and anticipate customer needs on the transaction, and apply best practices and creative solutions. Facilitate a deal from identification to closure
Basic Qualifications:
Credit & Collections Analyst
- Required Skills- Collections Process, voice Process
- Experience- 6 + years
Contracts Administrator
- Project management skills and ability to document and track key milestones of a project
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfortable communicating with senior level executives
- Ability to lead discussions and drive actions across multiple stakeholders to a successful outcome
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and interpreting contracts comfortable operating in a fast paced and often high-pressure environment
- Good leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office.
