JOB DESCRIPTION
Credit Risk Analytics Analyst
The Credit Portfolio Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for conducting credit reviews, credit approval and monitoring the portfolio to identify credit migration in coordination with the Risk Management team. The overall objective of this role is to manage Citi’s portfolio exposure to clients and counterparties globally.
Officer – Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner (HR)
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner is an intermediate position responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to participate in various recruitment initiatives in support of the overall business strategy.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Credit Risk Analytics Analyst
- Conduct risk assessments and client credit analyses, review financial results and peer analyses and prepare financial projections
- Prepare green-light and transaction approval memos, conduct due diligence, build cash flow models and conduct sensitivity analyses
- Escalate credit concerns/updates to senior risk and business managers and propose risk mitigation action to be taken by staying continuously informed of related developments/news for the portfolio and industry covered and understanding the credit process, policies and Citi’s risk appetite
- Assist with portfolio review preparation and conducting stress tests
- Build working relationships with various teams across the bank, including deal, coverage and product teams
Officer – Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner (HR)
- Consult with clients to develop appropriate sourcing strategy, such as internal direct sourcing, networking, and social recruitment
- Source applicants, screen resumes, interview and assess candidates and provide list of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Partner with respective Human Resource Advisors, compensation leads, and hiring managers to prepare reasonable and fair offers for internal and external talent
- Research markets and peer organizations to identify candidates, and provide positive candidate experience for internal and external candidates
- Provide stakeholders with market data and activity information to assess talent pipeline for current and future needs as well as facilitate feedback conversations with key stakeholders and candidates
- Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that “best practice” recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process
Basic Qualifications:
Credit Risk Analytics Analyst
- 2+ years of experience in credit risk analysis or corporate banking
- Experience in financial analysis, accounting and valuation
- Knowledge of accounting and corporate finance, financial modelling, credit and banking products, credit analytics, risk assessment, and transaction execution
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to work with little direction and in a team
- Demonstrated accountability, self-motivation and business acumen
Officer – Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner (HR)
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in financial services industry preferred
- Experience in managing multiple geographies within Asia preferred
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
